Aspiring Small Business Owner
Guiding Your Business Into Its Future
My commitment is to honor the unique identity of your business while fostering a culture of growth, cooperation, and well-being.

Why Small Business Ownership is My Goal
Small business ownership is a meaningful way to support my family, my employees, and those around me by working together toward shared success. I enjoy collaborating with others on thoughtful changes that lead to real progress over time. Whether it’s improving a process, helping an employee grow, or delivering a better experience for customers, every small step makes a difference. For me, the greatest reward is knowing I’ve had a positive impact on the people and the community I care about.

My Story
I grew up immersed in the world of small business, surrounded by the entrepreneurial spirit of my family. Raised in Texas and Florida, I saw firsthand the hard work and resilience it takes to build something that lasts. My father founded and built a residential homebuilding company in Texas from the ground up, and some of my earliest memories are of walking construction sites with him—hard hat on, checking progress, and chatting with contractors. Both of my grandfathers exemplified hard work and integrity—one was a steel mill worker and cattle rancher, while the other grew up on a small farm and built a distinguished career serving in the U.S. Air Force, working as a State Police Officer and a Federal Law Enforcement Agent.
After graduating from the University of Florida (go Gators!) with a degree in Finance, I honed my leadership skills in high-pressure environments. At Amazon, I managed over 250 front-line associates in a bustling warehouse, overseeing multiple departments and solving complex operational challenges. It was a demanding, hands-on management role that taught me the value of teamwork, efficiency, and leading by example. Later, I transitioned into managing and growing direct-to-consumer brands, taking ownership of P&L performance and driving innovative strategies to scale businesses while maintaining sound business principles.
These experiences have prepared me to lead and grow a small business with a clear focus on creating value for employees, customers, and the community. I’m passionate about bringing people together to build something great, combining my leadership skills, blue-collar work ethic, and forward-thinking mindset to leave everything I touch better than I found it. Small business ownership is a way to honor my roots, serve others, and continue the tradition of hard work and perseverance that shaped who I am today.

Finding a Good Fit
I’m looking for a business with a strong foundation and a proven track record of success. Ideally, this means a consistently profitable or self-sustaining operation that has been running for three to five years or more. I’m geographically flexible and prepared to relocate wherever the right opportunity arises. While I’m industry-agnostic, I have a particular interest in opportunities within residential services, construction, and manufacturing.
I also recognize that no business is perfect, and I’m open to working with an owner whose business may have some complexities. Whether it’s operational challenges or a need for modernization, I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and work alongside you to ensure a smooth transition and a successful future for your business.
